Life

You never know how life will kick you in the bum til it happens, it is just the simple things that are the shockers, Waking up and having to go outside and clean up the broken egg shells and the sickly odor when you get those eggs wet. I have no problem with toilet paper hanging from the trees, as long as it doesn't rain, mostly because I have short trees.
I know now why I am allergic to eggs, the stringy whites, the sunny yellow yolks, they do wonders for the paint job on your car, not to mention the garage door, and the house.
If I ever find out who did it, regret comes to mind.
Boy, I need a vacation.
Just give me a porch, lemonade, and a rocker and I am all set.

Cruel twist of fate

I don't know who's idea it was to have winter return but it is getting really old.
Last week it was seventy two degrees and we were walking and riding bikes.
Today we woke up to this-
Nine inches of snow. This is not really
funny, and april fools was two weeks ago.
Come on give us a break.
Any one for a snow cone.

Dieting

Whoever thought that going on a diet is fun is insane. We have been on this for five weeks
now and going on a diet with guys is so much worse. Whenever they decide that they
don't want to eat something they randomly eat whatever they want and it is always
something so delicious and highly caloric that it is hard to watch. Will power is severely
tested and needless to say I am a very weak person. I don't know who decided that
the guys should have a faster metabolism but it is so not fair. Let me eat the cake, pizza, or

tiny spicy chicken, (oooooooooooohhh so delicious) and let them be the ones to get fat from
just watching us eat it.
Enough said, am I right ladies.

By the way Ty has had some severe back and side pain and the mysterious illness has
been solved. While at NuSkin he has been playing pop a shot basketball and all that
bending over during shot contests, since he is enormously tall has made him quite sore.

We thought he was going to have to see a doctor, but alas he is alright, just sort of lame.
lol.
have a happy and stay joyous. Peace to the people, till next time. Later.

Hey Everybody

Hey Everybody, its me, Dr. Nick....well really it's just Tyson. I'm not sure what to say so I'll just ramble on for a while. So last week my whole family started a new diet which has been working pretty well. I'm hoping that it's going to help cure and fix all the stomach problems I developed before and durning the mission. So we mainly eat every 2-3 hours which sounds like fun until you realize that to eat that often you have to be cooking that often. So it takes alot of time. On the bright side everyone in the family has lost some weight. And we're seeing some results which are nice.
In other news we just got done having My Grandma Hinde and Aunt Laurie visit for the weekend. They were in town to see Megan perform at her "final" dance recital. I guess her legs will no longer work in that manner. If she tries to do a dance move outside of this group some bouncers will come out of the shadows and break her kneecaps. You know what they say, once your in the gang the only way out is in a box. Seems a little drastic to me, but the world of dance is highly competitive. I didn't really have the "pleasure" to see "los visitantes" that much cause I was busy.
On a completely different side note that has nothing to do with the previous subject... I really hate fake people. You know, the kind of peole who will be nice to your face but then talk, judge and spread rumors about you behind your back. Yeah those people are the worst. Hypocrites is what they are...Did you know that the word hypocrite comes from a greek base that meant"play actor" Kinda describes those kind of people perfectly.
Oh yeah you know what else I hate? When someone deciedes your not good enough to visit in your own right. But is more then happy to say hi when their in the area visiting a "cool" friend. I mean what the heck, I'm not some kind of twofer deal where you visit one friend and you get credit for visiting another friend for free. I'm not Wal Mart and I'm not slashing prices. So if your going to come for a "Visit" then maybe try coming to just say hi to me, not to say that it has to be that way everytime. But every once in a while it would be nice to be valued for who I am.
You know what else has been bugging me?
All those girls who do their hair with that funky "bump" in the front. I'm not sure what your trying to hide? Is there some kind of horn underneath that hair? Or some massive pimple? Well whatever your trying to do, it doesn't look good.
Well looking back on this post it seems negative so lets brighten it up a little bit.
I've decided that Bryton might be the cutest little brother ever. The other day he was talking to me and I realized he's awesome. I challenge anyone to show me youngest child who is cuter...I'll arm wrestle you for it.
Hmm into new zones of hilarity I just found out John's "Fiance" has no idea who Jonny really is. I guess that he has been lying to her from day one. According to her, he told her...
He is a millonaire playboy who was born in Italy to a mobster family. Because of mob threats he was sent the the US at age 4 to be adopted at which point they made a new birth certificate tha said he was born on the day of his adoption so He is really 24 in "Italian" years. HA! "Italian Years" that has to be the biggest load of bumpkiss I've ever heard. Then he said that my mom is a Doctor, my dad has been dead for years and he took her to some mansion and told her it was our house.
I have three words to say.. "that poor girl"
Well thats all I have to spew about this week, tune in next week to hear my Moms reaction to this ridiculous post.

PEACE-
Tyson

Moose sightings

Jared was feeding this moose at a claim in Idaho, It was really random because after he told

us about feeding it, I turned on the news at night and it was on one of their hotshots. The claimant had been feeding it for about two weeks and so it was on the news

Crazy Days

So I have not been doing much, but it still seems like I have no time for life Trying to get all the bills paid takes a lot of work. So Ty is working at NuSkin, Zac is volunteering at the hospital once a week, and Bry is doing what he normally does which is play a lot of sports and he has finally learned to ride his rip-stick. Jared is doing better, although he just found out he has gall stones so it seems like you take the good with the bad and thats all you can do. Jon is working somewhere, and hanging out with his friends at his apartment.
Jared put up the christmas lights, and it looks beautiful. Tomorrow we are going to thanksgiving with Dad and Mom. It is the off year so everyone is going to their inlaws and we have no where to go so Dad and Mom took pity on us and decided to celebrate with us even though they could have gone to any of my siblings houses and not had to cook anything. Well hope the holiday is good for all. Enjoy the ones you are with cause you never know when things will change. This year has taught us that if nothing else. Love the one your with.

life updated

Well things have been kind of crazy around here.
The week after tyson got home he had a missionary named Josue stay with us, he
is a great guy, and going to be a great missionary.
On the seventeenth Zac turned 15 which is kind of crazy to think about. Today he
is going in for braces. Last week he got spacers put in so his mouth has been pretty
sore. Today he also starts his volunteering at the local hospital. Tyson gave his homecoming
talk sunday and then we had a get together after at my parents home. He did a fantastic
job and the spirit that he has is really strong. Today is his 22 birthday, man we are
getting old. It is sad how you feel that age yourself except for the wrinkles, gray hair, and
the occasional aches and pains. Whatever you do don't get old, it is all it is cracked up
to be. Jared is making strides with his health, he still has some sort of a fluid sac they are going to drain on friday but other than that and a little rib pain he is doing fantastic.

My Boy Is Back In Town!

Its kind of crazy that you have joy but it is so much greater when you have a family member return from being away for two years. We are so excited to have him home.
Even though things are the same they are different also, you have to let them have their space because they left a boy and came home a man. A manly man at that he would say. We are all excited though not just me. Especially
Bry, he really enjoys having his big brother home to play with and he makes him carry him around on his shoulders so he can be the tallest boy in the world. It is really quite cute.
Jared is doing better, the tube is slowly coming out but it went a little faster today cause the stitch holding it in place came loose, right now we just have it taped up and hopefully it will hold til the next doctor appointment.
Love to all.

A little good news!

Well things are looking up, we went to the Dr. and the last chest tube is slowly being taken out.
A inch or two a week until it is totally removed. Jared had a little infection in his chest tube that is going to be cleared by slowly removing the tube and as the track it formed closes it will
drain itself therefore clearing the infection as it goes. Jared had a ct scan on wednesday and
everything in his chest looks clear so we are excited about a little good news. The doc also
released his diet to a full diet so he will still be drinking alot of smoothies but he is able to eat
what he wants but taking special care to chew well.
Things are looking up and we are excited about being able to put this trial past us and move on with the next stage of life, whatever it may bring.

Summer's End

As the sun sets, so are the days of our lives. I think I will start planning my move to somewhere tropical on a permanent basis.
If you are on an island you are always on vacation. The weather
is growing cool, the trees are starting to change colors, and I need a vacation in the most serious of ways.
Jared has had one tube removed from the side of his chest, and the other one is being left in cause the smell is rank. The fluid from the one left in is being tested to see if any bacteria grows in the petri dish, so at the start of the work week we should know if he needs to be on another antibiotic. He had a low grade fever last night so he is a bit worried but luckily they left one drain in to rid his body of any infection.
One day at a time, every day is a blessing and we have definitely been blessed even though sometimes it seems like we can't go on.
Ten more days til ty comes home. I am so excited but don't really have enough time to complete everything I want to before his arrival. It seems that life is always like that.

Finally

Who knew sleeping was so fantastic? After three nights with j tube clogs and no sleep we got the tube changed yesterday morning to a bigger tube. So far it seems to be working fantastic, and
hopefully Jared won't need it much longer. Tomorrow is the big H2O day and Jared is so
excited, he lets everyone know that he gets to try drinking water. Ahh the little things in
life are the best. Wish us luck that it goes well and he can start drinking an all liquid diet.
We will be professionals with the smoothie making. Life is Good!
